Man, I love all those old Blue Note albums! Just luv 'em. man! Especially them hard-bop recordings of the '60s... mighty rhythms forged in the presence of the Lord. Amen! When many of these were first reissued on CD, I went ape-shit, practically cleaning out the entire available stock (I paid, of course!) at my then-regular record shop on Penang island within a week. (That shop closed down a month later! Wonder why?) I never weary of gloating over these discs, and I've told me mom I wanna be buried with 'em! Boy, I really wish I could have the full-sized LP covers, though! Anyway dude, a Japanese jazz freak has scanned the front and back covers of almost the compelete catalogue of Blue Note LPs of the '50s and '60s, as well as other early jazz recordings, to give vintage jazz nuts like me a virtual visual high whenever they need it. Freakin' awesome! More
